Breakfast time with Kefir Guru! There’s no better way to start a day than a happy breakfast. Try this hearty fruit and oat kefir smoothie and see what you think.

Ingredients:

1 cup quartered strawberries
1 sliced banana
1/4 cup raw almonds
1/2 cup old-fashioned oats
1 cup of kefir
1 teaspoon maple syrup

Directions:

Just toss into blender and enjoy !
