Kefir grains and pumpkin cookies

Very basic but yummy, Pumpkin cookies with kefir!


1/2 cup well drained cooked pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 egg
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 cup raisins
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
2 cup flour
1 cup rolled oats
….and obviously a bit of kefir


Pre-heath oven to 150º C, 350° F. Mix all the ingredients and if the dough is too dry add a bit of water. Make little balls, put them on a greased biscuit tin and flatten them a bit. Bake 12 to 15 min.
