2 bananas
2 cups of Kefir
2 tablespoons of Raw Cacao Powder (includes beneficial antioxidants, and is extremely high in magnesium and iron. Also gives a nutritional punch with calcium, copper, zinc and potassium)
2 tablespoons of your local honey
2 tablespoons of organic peanut butter

Instructions:
