Kefir benefits and dry skin

Are you tired of your dry skin? Keep it natural with Kefir facial mask!

This mask will give your face great nutrition if you have sensitive skin… it simultaneously cleans the skin and protects it.

Mix 2 tablespoons of kefir with 1 teaspoon of olive oil and 1 egg yolk. Mix thoroughly and apply onto the skin for 15-20 minutes. Wash off the mask first with warm water, and then cold.
