Are you bored of the same old mashed potatoes? If so, here’s a quick tip how to use Kefir. Not only tastes great but looks pretty on your plate too. Creamy and velvety!
Here’s what you need:
2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and quartered
1/2 cup of Kefir
2 Tbsp of unsalted butter
1/4 cup of chopped fresh chives
salt and pepper to taste
Bring potatoes to boil, drain and mash. Mix in Kefir using a potato masher or an electric mixer until fluffy. Stir in butter and chives. Season with salt and pepper.
