It promotes good vision, especially in low light so get the carrots ready!

Ingredients

1 banana (cut into chunks)
1 cup ice (cubes)
1/2 cup carrot juice (bottled) or 1 cup of grated carrots
1/2 cup of Kefir
1 piece peeled fresh ginger (34 inch, coarsely chopped)

Steps:

Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth! You can adjust the quantities while you go to your taste.
