Probiotic kefir benefits in delicious blackberry smoothie

Feeling like Winter is coming? Boost your immune system with Blackberry Kefir Smoothie packed with priobiotics and vitamins C & A!

Ingredients:

1 cup of Kefir from Kefir Guru
1/4 cup blackberries
3/4 cup frozen fruit (i.e. strawberries)
1/2 cup ice cubes
1 teaspoon chia seeds
1/4 cup water, if needed

Steps:

Blend until you get smooth texture and pour into glass. You can sweeten with honey.
